1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Definitions

• “Business” refers to Coco’s House
• “Customer” refers to any individual or entity placing an order
• “Products” refers to personalised goods created by the business or any other items found for sale on our website
• “Personalisation” includes custom text, images, designs or specifications provided by the customer

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product description.

4. Personalisation Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted text, images and instructions are accurate and free from errors. We are not liable for errors made by the customer during submission.

If a proof is required or provided, production will only begin once the proof is approved by the customer. Delays in approval may impact on delivery times.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP£ and are subject to change without notice. Full payment is required at time of ordering. Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.

6. Production & Delivery

The current production time will always be shown at the top of the home page. This is shown in working days. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of our products:

• Items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged
• Refunds or replacements will only be offered if the item(s) is defective
• If an item arrives damaged or faulty please contact us within 48hrs of receipt of goods with clear photos of the issue
• Non personalised items are available to return within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility

8. Cancellations

Orders for non-personalised items can be cancelled within 24hrs of purchase.

Orders for personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics and content remain the property of Coco’s House and customers are prohibited from copying, reselling or distributing any part of our designs without prior written agreement.

Customers must ensure that they have the right to use any images, logos or submitted text. The business is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

The business shall not be responsible for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Errors approved by the customer
• Delays outside of our control
• Any misuse of our products or damages arising from incorrect application or care. Please follow care/application instructions provided carefully

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the order.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to; natural disasters, strikes or supply chain disruptions.

12. Governing Law

The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
